DJ Shimza started his Let The World Dance Tour (#LetTheWorldDance) at Ibiza’s Destino Pacha Resort, Spain. He did not hold back a bit, he killed it hardcore, as he always does. But, what else would one expect from this Tembisan star DJ besides a rocking set?
Ibiza is known worldwide for its partying scene, thousands of people travel across the world to spend nights dancing in the super clubs to witness the best DJ’s in the world showing their skills and playing infectious music.
Playing at Ibiza’s club scene is what most DJ’s around the world dream of, whether they’re upcoming or are already celebrity DJ’s. International players like Louie Vega, Loco Dice, Kenny Dope and Paul Van Dyk (to name a few) have played there. Some South African DJ’s who graced this scene are Black Coffee, DJ Fresh, Euphonik and Black Motion. Last week Friday (7 October 2016) DJ Shimza made his debut, as part of his tour.
Fortunately, his set was recorded, it could be streamed live on be-at.tv. His track list included Mzansi’s music by Culoe De Song, Black Motion, Trademark and Babes Wodumo. Shimza exhibited his prowess by looping, playing with effects and mixing acapellas. He was himself; the rocking Shimza that we know and like, and the audience loved it (they were waving hands, dancing and screaming), as per be-at.tv’s video.
More than 80 comments were written on his video session by the time of this post. “I’m really enjoying this,” wrote Pavel Rnmd, “Shimza is the best out there,” commented Bexx O’fishal and Njabulo L Gumede said, “u Shimza islima epletini”, which means Shimza is the best.

The #LetTheWorldDance Tour ends in 5 November 2016 at Sunlight Oceana Club, Mozambique. Paris (France) and Amsterdam, Netherlands, are the two cities left.
